Saturday...I can't believe I'm still crafty!

I'm sorry for missing yesterday's post; we had family from out of town staying with us yesterday, and the blog had to take a backburner to catching up and enjoying our time as much as possible before they had to leave this afternoon.

So, this post will have to combine yesterday's post with today's: Day 3, I'm crafty, and Day 4, I can't believe I still...

Day 3:

I looked around and realized I am not nearly as crafty as I think I am...or if I am, there's not much evidence of it around the house. Here is a sweater project from earlier this fall that thankfully is much nearer completion now.

Day 4:

I can't believe I still am so amazed and mesmerized by the moon...it's the first think I look for when I walk out under the night sky, and I've made others who are with me tilt their heads back, expecting some stunning sight from the quick motion of my head. Instead, they find the moon, looking much as it always does in its monthly cycle of waxing and waning. My husband has gotten used to me running for the camera when I have a particularly exciting chance at capturing the moon.

Or even those less exciting chances. You might call me a "lunatic." ;)

I am a huge fan of the moon too. We live up on a mountain and the moon does beautiful things to the woods behind our house. Great picture!

Thanks, Joyce! I used to spend so much time trying to see the man in the moon when I was little, and apparently I never out grew it. It really is beautiful, I'm sure it makes your woods a magical place. :)
