I'm feeling under the weather, so today's isn't the picture I'd love to share: a hot chocolate actually fixed up with all the trimmings of goodness. Instead, I'm just showing the bare bones basics, which will head right back to the cupboard as soon as I'm done posting.
I will tell you, though, that my hot chocolate addiction has seen me through countless exams, papers, and projects. I use milk, not water, and sometimes I add cinnamon or nutmeg or whipped cream on top to jazz it up a bit...but lately it's been these fun snowman marshmallows, melted for a few seconds in the microwave to make them just right on the hot chocolate. Now that I've rhapsodized about my most special drink, I'm looking forward to tomorrow, when I plan to enjoy this addiction once again.

I stir mine with a peppermint stick. I am not the worlds biggest fan of peppermint but this gives it just a little taste and is so good : ) Feel better!
Peppermint is a perfect addition. :) Thanks, Joyce, I'm slowly getting over this cold/flu business. I hope you've avoided it this winter!
Dude. You know the tiny dried out marshmallows in hot chocolate packets? Did you know you cannot get theming Parmesan cheese like container? YUM!
